As consumers' concerns and needs regarding skin, makeup, and hair become more diverse, there was a need to communicate the diverse options available for products and solutions to address these concerns.In addition, as information becomes more diverse and the dissemination of reliable information becomes more important, creating a place to directly connect with consumers and convey the appeal of products and brands became a challenge.Therefore, we aimed to build an information platform that would cross-sectionally compare various brands and help consumers find products and solutions that are suitable for each individual consumer
Solution
Rather than simply introducing products and brands, the site addresses everyday concerns related to skin, makeup, and hair, creating a context that allows consumers to relate to them. It also proposes a variety of options for resolving concerns, taking advantage of Shiseido's extensive brand and product lineup. It contributes to the business by promoting customer acquisition through SEO-conscious keyword setting and article structure, and by designing a smooth path from within the article to purchase. It also creates content that allows readers to enjoy skincare tailored to their needs and discover beauty that reflects their individuality. Currently, the site is contributing to increasing and diversifying direct contact with consumers, with collaboration projects currently underway with various channels
