The digitalization of everything is changing the consumer shopping experience these days. Where, how, and what to buy? How can we maximize consumer satisfaction by combining technology with three pillars that PARCO has valued since its founding: 1) urban development, 2) incubation, and 3) information dissemination? How can we make people want to visit PARCO stores and shop at the online store? In particular, the challenge was to utilize the official "POCKET PARCO" app and create in-app content that would deepen "individual customer understanding" through behavioral analysis of app users

Solution

Taking advantage of the unique features of PARCO's stores across the country, each project employs influencers with ties to the area or theme, developing context and producing articles together. As a result, consumers grow to love the town they live in more, develop new interests, and stimulate their desire for material things, contributing to ① town development, ② incubation, and ③ information dissemination. Furthermore, by keenly catching up on trends and reader insights, the publication's unique output, which sets it apart from other media, contributes to increasing loyalty to the timeless experience of "PARCO."
