With the spread of COVID-19 infections increasing uncertainty in both our daily lives and our work, the keyword "resilience" is gaining attention in terms of personal values, lifestyles, and business

"Resilience" refers to the mental resilience that allows a person to quickly bounce back from adversity through flexible thinking and strong response capabilities, without being completely broken even when faced with a threat. The Japanese women's national soccer team, "Nadeshiko Japan," which won the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup, embodied the ability to bounce back resiliently even in the face of adversity and difficulties, inspiring many people

At this event, we invited members of a women's soccer team who continue to challenge various adversities, including gender barriers, with "resilience." They thoroughly analyzed the "resilience" that individuals and companies will need to survive in the future and shared practical know-how

Learning Summary

☑What is necessary to develop individual resilience?

  • By asking yourself questions and digging deeper into your thoughts about how you live and work, such as "Why?" and "What do you want to do?", you can increase the resolution of your individual vision
  • To encounter new challenges and obstacles, don't passively place yourself in the same environment. Always proactively place yourself in new, challenging environments and confront yourself in order to overcome the challenges. Repeating this process will help develop your own "resilience."

☑What is necessary to develop resilience as an organization or team?

  • Everyone shares a common goal and vision
  • We will create a space where diverse individuals can coexist, rather than forming small groups
  • When criticizing, always bring your own alternative ideas to the table

Nagasato, who has overcome gender barriers and is taking on new challenges in the men's league; Saeki,
