Mediagene Inc. has set up a consultation desk to handle harassment in outsourcing work ordered by our group, in accordance with the Act on the Fairness of Transactions Relating to Specified Contractors (Act on the Fairness of Transactions between Freelance* and Businesses)

If you become aware of harassment or suspected harassment being committed or attempted to be committed by one of our executives, employees, or contractors in connection with your transactions with our company, and you have a question about the harassment, please fill out the details of your inquiry and send it to the consultation email address below.
*"Freelance" refers to those who fall under either 1 or 2 below.

  • Individuals who do not employ employees (excluding family members living together and blue-collar employees)
  • A corporation that has no officers other than a single representative and does not employ any employees

*As a general rule, when making a consultation, please clearly state your name and contact information (email address, etc.). Anonymous consultations are also accepted, but there may be cases where we are unable to fully investigate, protect the person making the consultation, or take appropriate corrective measures. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance

■ Protection of clients (elimination of unfavorable treatment and strict confidentiality)

Our company will not terminate a contract, reduce orders, or otherwise treat a client disadvantageously simply because they have consulted us about harassment, cooperated in verifying the facts, or filed a complaint with the Labor Bureau or other relevant authorities and requested appropriate measures.
Unless there is a legitimate reason not to, the content of the consultation and the personal information provided will be shared only with the minimum number of parties necessary, and all parties will be obligated to maintain confidentiality.

■Procedure after consultation

Our Group will investigate the facts regarding your consultation. If the investigation results in the need for corrective measures, we will respond promptly. If our Group deems it necessary, we will report the results of our response to you. If we deem it necessary to
investigate your consultation, we will conduct an investigation, including fact-finding by interviewing the relevant parties. We may ask for additional information during the investigation.
*Communications and responses from our Group will be addressed to you personally. Please do not disclose all or part of the content to a third party, or divert or reuse it for secondary purposes.
