Mashing Up ( https://mashingup.org/ , a general incorporated association operated by Mediagene TNL Mediagene (Nasdaq: TNMG) , is pleased to announce that Miki Oikawa, a director of Dialogue Japan Society, a general incorporated association, has been appointed as a director effective April 1, 2025.

With the appointment of Mr. Oikawa as a director, MASHING UP now has a board of directors consisting of four members: Kenji Fuma, Mari Ogiso, Miki Oikawa, and Yuko Endo . Utilizing the expertise and diverse perspectives of each director, we will further strengthen the promotion of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) within companies and the dissemination of information on ESG (Environment, Society, Governance), accelerating our activities toward the realization of a more inclusive society

Miki Oikawa,
Director, Dialogue Japan Society (General Incorporated Association) Graduated from the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Tokyo Woman's Christian University. Joined Pola Cosmetics Honpo Co., Ltd. (now Pola Corporation) in 1991. Became General Manager of Product Planning in 2009. Became an Executive Officer in 2012 and a Director in 2014. With experience in product planning, marketing, sales, etc., she served as Representative Director and President of the company from 2020 to 2024, retiring at the end of 2024. Became a Director of Dialogue Japan Society in 2021. Supports the operation of the Dialogue Forest Museum, an inclusive social entertainment venue in Takeshiba, Tokyo.
